Account Servicer

This entry level position allows employees to learn every aspect of branch operation.
Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and verifying information on credit applications
• Running and analyzing credit reports
• Data entry of applications
• Crediting payments to clients’ accounts via mail or in person
• Operating a cash drawer and handling financial matters with integrity
• Discussing customer finances over the phone or in person

Account Servicers receive an hourly wage plus generous monthly performance pay that increases with employment length.
Experience in collections is required.

Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the office to insure maximum productivity.  It will be your responsibility to make rapid credit decisions, typically in less than 5 minutes from the time of an application.  While we supply you with company lending parameters, your intuition and past lending experience determine the final outcome.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Credit approvals
• Delinquency objectives
• General ledger accounting
• Portfolio growth
• Customer service

We depend on our branch managers to grow our portfolio through excellent customer service to all existing and future clients.

Required Experience:

• Collections
• Administration
• Management
• Credit Analysis

Preferred Experience:

• Small Claims Procedures
• Bankruptcy Laws
• Accounting/Bookkeeping
• Sales
